Through its Entry Level Training Program and internship, Access Bank aims to equip young graduates with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in finance and allied industries. Successful applicants will be enrolled at the School of Banking Excellence, where they will learn along with other smart and self-driven candidates.

Participants in the Access Bank Entry Level Training Programs will learn the skills they need to succeed in their chosen careers within the banking industry. In doing so, they will place themselves at the lead in the industry’s market for talent and fast-track their transition to stable jobs.

Eligibility

The programs train participants in competencies corresponding to several divisions within Access Bank. Intending applicants are expected to select and apply for one of the sub-programs. The eligibility criteria for the sub-programs are listed below:

ELTP GRAD

For training related to the Enterprise Resource Group, Corporate and Investment Banking Division, and Commercial Banking Division.

ELTP RETAIL

For training related to the Retail Sales, Products and Retail Operations Divisions.

ELTP TECH

For training related to the Tech Division.
