Edves Wins The Global prize for Transforming Education 

Edves Suites, a Nigerian educational software, was awarded the Transforming Education Prize, as they emerged the best in Educational Technology in emerging market at the Seedstars Summit in Switzerland.

Edves Suites developed a portal for schools to share educational materials with learners and for parents to make payments to schools. The software also encompasses all school management needs, and is used by states to manage schools across the federation.

Go-Getters

The award was presented to them at the global summit held on the 12^th April 2018, at the Entrepreneurship Forum for Emerging Markets. The event had over 60 selected startups that emerged winners in their local competition. Edves went further to win, after participating in the Investor Forum where they were allowed to present their one minute pitches and engage with international Investors. After attending several workshops and talks, they were announced 2017 Seedstars Global Winner of The Transforming Education prize. Edves also won access to Seedstars Growth Program and was awarded $50,000.
