This program is designed specifically for for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid enterprises in the Financial Technology, Education, Health, Economic Mobility, and Environment spaces. It will run for 12 months, and include virtual and in-person learning sessions. The program will equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and funding (a $10,000 grant) they need to improve their effectiveness at developing and expanding their ventures.
Benefits
The Global Good Fund Fellowship will benefit participants in the following ways:- Get a broad assessment of their leadership skills that enable them to identify their strengths and weaknesses
- Attend the annual Global Good Fund Summit, a 4-day event that features training and networking among fellows, alumni, and other members of the Global Good Fund ecosystem
- Receive executive coaching and work with their coach to build a personalized Leadership Development Plan
- Get virtual, one-to-one mentorship from an experienced senior executive
- Be awarded a $10,000 grant which they are to use exclusively for their leadership development

Eligibility
Intending applicants should meet these criteria:- Their enterprise must have been operational for at least 2 years
- The enterprise should have at least 2 full-time paid employees
- They must be the founder or co-founder of the enterprise they represent, and/or its CEO, CTO, CFO, COO, or Executive Director
- The candidate should be running their enterprise full-time
