  The Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society is organizing an accelerator for women entrepreneurs whose businesses are in their early stages. If you are a woman whose business conforms to green principles and you would like to get world-class training and support that’ll enable you to scale your business, here’s an opportunity you may want to take advantage of.

The WomenEntrepreneurs4Good, as this program is known, is an annual accelerator which trains women from across the world. The 7-month program also gives them access to coaching and technical support and connects them with a global ecosystem of partners. This year’s edition, which is the third instalment of the program, is put together in partnership with HEC Paris Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre and is supported by the Bank of America.

Benefits

Persons who are selected to take part in this accelerator program will benefit from it in the following ways:

  • Participate in a three-day startup sprint in which they will be coached around market and customer research, and business model support
  • Semi-finalists will get the chance to improve their pitching skills and pitch to a seasoned panel
  • 10 finalists will take part in a 3-month online incubation program, in which they will receive coaching, technical support, and access to a global network of partners and professionals
  • The 10 finalists will get to showcase their projects at the Women’s Forum Global Meeting 2023, which will take place in Paris

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Should be a woman founder or cofounder with a team of at least two people
  • Run a project that generates less than €20,000 a year
  • The project should tackle a social or environmental challenge
