A great choice for breakfast, Parfait is a rich dessert that is not only delicious but also very easy to prepare. It has become increasingly popular due to the cost of health benefits it provides. Firstly, Parfait is very low in sugar, thus making it a healthier alternative to many other breakfast choices.  Secondly, Parfait is typically made with a variety of fruits which, if eaten, can help boost the immune system. Lastly, Parfait is also made with Greek Yogurt, a healthy source of Probiotics that boost gut health and fight a large number of diseases.
