Actor, singer, UN ambassador and Screen Goddess Omotola has two big budget movies premiering this June. The first is a movie called Ties That Bind. This movie is a Nollywood, Ghollywood and Hollywood collaboration. The movie stars Omotola, John Dumelo, Kinberly Elise (Diary of a Mad Black Woman), Ama Aberese, Randall Batinkoff and much more. The movie is about three women who come together with a similar pain and go through a journey of redemption while renovating a clinic in the village. The movie was shot in Ghana last year march and is set for release today the 1st of June. 2012.

 

Like the Star studded cast for that movie isn’t enough, Omotola is also premiering in another big screen movie that stars Jim Iyke, Hakeem Kae-Kazim (24), Anthony Monjaro, Jide Kosoko, Celine Loader, Charles Granville and so much more. The movie is called Last Flight To Abuja and is centered around the lives of different people whose lives intertwine as they all board the same flight to Abuja. the movie is an adaptation of true events that happened in 2006. The movie was shot in Lagos and Abuja in December 2011. The anticipation of the movie has grown since the trailer was released a while back. The movie is set for release on the 8th of June, 2012 at the Troxy Cinema in London. The premiere in Nigeria will be announced very soon.
