The term “love language” was popularised by Gary Chapman’s The Five Love Languages, and its lessons can be used by companies in marketing and rebranding. The five love languages include receiving gifts, quality time, acts of service, physical touch, and words of affirmation. In this article, we shall look at how businesses can adopt the five love languages in upscaling profits and income and maintaining consumer engagements.
