Cleaning and organizing your room is very daunting, with the holiday approaching, you become very busy to unclutter the room. Its best before the holiday chills catch up with you, to take a step back and really arrange the bedroom along with other rooms. You can do this by getting rid of what you do not want and storing items together.

Here are a few ideas to organize your room for the holiday season:

Pamper Your Bed:

The first thing you need to do is make your bed, you strip your bed naked and wash all the bed coverings. Take out seconds to make your room look gorgeous. Straighten the pillows, pull out the bed sheet, and wash your duvet.

Time For The Purge:

It’s the right time to declutter, really. One major reason our closet seems to be much cluttered is that we hold on to a lot of things for sentimental reasons. Let go of what you do not need and keep the important ones you need, you will be surprised at how much space you own.

Start small, sort through the clutter and decide how often you get to use the item, take a second look, and give out the excess.

Organize your Closet Space:

Face that dragon! Arrange your closet so that you avoid piling up your clothes and other items. Make use of your racks, wires, hooks, pins to properly arrange your closet. Invest in a few closet organizers, arrange your clothing by what suits your needs either by type or season. Keep the extras in a transient storage box to take out when you need it.

Make use of under the bed:

Get yourself an under bed drawer and store your clutter in, you can have a bed model with a drawer, you can have a place to save all of what clutter your bedside area. Give your jewellery a home by hanging it on your wall, also make use of your door as a storage space.

Minimize your laundry space:

While it is great to be neat and store up your laundry, it becomes a waste of space when you clutter your room with laundry bags and basket. Save up space with a hanging laundry hamper to the back of your door.
