RAHVAI created this grant initiative to support vulnerable communities throughout Africa by promoting economic participation and skills development.

Who Can Apply & Application Requirements?
- Strong applications must fulfil these criteria:
- Complete personal details required in the application (full name, contact information, birth date, gender).
- Educational history and professional experience, including any relevant qualifications or skills.
- Business information needed: business name (or intended name), development stage (concept, emerging venture, or operating business), geographical location, current team size, and physical business address, if applicable.

Documents to Submit
- Candidates must provide:
- A business plan (PDF or Word format, maximum 10 pages).
- A brief video pitch (2–3 minutes in length).
- Government-issued identification (such as a national ID card or a passport).
- These materials enable RAHVAI to evaluate your business idea and implementation ability.
Written Responses on Motivation & Community Impact
- Applications must include answers to:
- Your reasons for applying (maximum 200 words).
- The community benefits your business would deliver with grant funding (maximum 200 words).
- Your strategy for maintaining and expanding your business after receiving the grant (maximum 200 words).

Applicant Agreement
- Candidates must confirm that all submitted information is accurate and consent to having their application materials reviewed by RAHVAI and its collaborating organizations.
- Selected applicants may be called for interviews.
