January 23rd is the World Handwriting Day Celebration. HANDWRITING IS THE MIRROR OF KNOWLEDGE! Children should be proud of their HANDWRITING. This date commemorates the birthday of JOHN HANCOCK as the world day of handwriting.

Who Was John Hancock?

John Hancock was known as a “FATHER OF HANDWRITING “. He was a merchant, statesman, prominent of the second continental congress and was the first and third governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He was educated at Harvard University. Legible Handwriting Campaign School Tours 2022 presents a special edition to celebrate World Handwriting Day #worldhandwritingday with pupils/students in Lagos State, Nigeria. Schools should endeavour to send in representatives from their schools to join this nationwide campaign. This special occasion will expose pupils/students to the need to have GOOD AND LEGIBLE HANDWRITING. This is our mission. For more information, see the flyer.
