Leading up to its first anniversary, Nigeria’s E-commerce firm, Konga has launched pick-up centers in Lagos areas of Surulere, Ikeja and Victoria Island, to give shoppers a place to collect orders, should timing for home or office delivery be inconvenient for them. In a blog post on konga.com today, they submit that, “Instead of delivering a parcel to your home or business address, you can choose to have your order delivered to a Konga.com Pick-Up centre, hence you can collect your parcels at a time that’s convenient for you.
“Once the parcel is delivered to the pickup location, you will receive a notification that the order has reached the pick-up centre, and will have a whole week to pick-up your package(s). There is an added benefit of being able to return packages to any of our centres in line with our 7 day return policy. Upon entry, you will be greeted by warm and experienced Konga representatives who will be able to assist you with any order placed and other general enquiries/ requests. This provides a slightly familiar physical element to the online experience and hopefully increases the convenience for you and every one of our customers, which is why these centres are open 7 days a week to cater for everyone’s busy lifestyle.”
The pickup centers:
- Victoria Island Pick-Up Point: 12 Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island
- Surulere Pick-Up Point: 80 Bode Thomas Street, Surulere
- Ikeja Pick-Up Point: 24 Isaac John Street, GRA Ikeja
More centers are expected in Lagos and around Nigeria.
