Of course, before you even decide on starting any business, you should be aware of what the major players in that industry are doing already and the gaps in their models. It is this knowledge that will help you know the need to meet and the gap to fill. When you research the customers of these competitors, you will find out what attracts them to those brands and what they wish can be done better by those brands. This way, you know how your prospects think and what they will expect from you, even as you’re trying to build your business.
