It also provides your hair with essential fats, potassium, and iron. The milk has excellent moisturising properties, and so can be used as a tonic for a dry and irritated scalp. It is likewise used as a leave-in conditioner or hair mask.
It is advisable to get fresh coconut milk instead of buying from a store.
