The Global Good Fund Fellowship seeks dedicated leaders committed to personal growth and professional development who currently serve in full-time executive roles within social enterprises that have been running for approximately two to five years.
Who Can Apply
Organisational Requirements:
- Your organisation must have operated for at least two years.
- Must employ a minimum of two full-time, salaried staff members.
- Your enterprise should be mission-focused, prioritising societal benefit alongside or instead of profit maximisation.
- C-Level Executive (CEO, COO, CTO, CFO, or similar)
- Founder/Co-Founder in a C-Suite role
- Executive Director

Personal Commitment:
Must be working full-time in your leadership role at the enterprise. Should demonstrate dedication to the organisation’s mission and operations.Additional Qualifications
- Enterprise Structure: Organisations may operate as for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid models.
- Geographic Scope: Enterprises can focus on local, national, international, or combined markets.
- Business Viability: Your organisation should demonstrate a sustainable business model with proven scalability potential or strong evidence of future growth prospects.

Application Timeline
The selection process unfolds across three distinct phases:- Phase One (June 1-30, 2025): Initial application submission and eligibility review
- Phase Two (July 7 – August 11, 2025): Comprehensive questionnaire covering personal background and enterprise details.
- Phase Three (September 8 – October 24, 2025): Virtual interviews conducted by the selection committee.
