This opportunity targets founders and senior executives of mission-driven organisations who come from varied backgrounds across ethnicity, religion, economics, geography, and gender.

The Global Good Fund Fellowship seeks dedicated leaders committed to personal growth and professional development who currently serve in full-time executive roles within social enterprises that have been running for approximately two to five years.

Who Can Apply

Organisational Requirements:

  1. Your organisation must have operated for at least two years.
  2. Must employ a minimum of two full-time, salaried staff members.
  3. Your enterprise should be mission-focused, prioritising societal benefit alongside or instead of profit maximisation.
Leadership Position Requirements: Applicants must serve as primary decision-makers in one of these capacities:
  1. C-Level Executive (CEO, COO, CTO, CFO, or similar)
  2. Founder/Co-Founder in a C-Suite role
  3. Executive Director

Personal Commitment:

Must be working full-time in your leadership role at the enterprise. Should demonstrate dedication to the organisation’s mission and operations.

Additional Qualifications

  1. Enterprise Structure: Organisations may operate as for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid models.
  2. Geographic Scope: Enterprises can focus on local, national, international, or combined markets.
  3. Business Viability: Your organisation should demonstrate a sustainable business model with proven scalability potential or strong evidence of future growth prospects.
Sector Focus: Must address challenges within one of these areas:
  1. Financial Inclusion
  2. Environmental Issues
  3. Education
  4. Economic Mobility
  5. Healthcare
Fellowship Considerations: Candidates should not currently receive formal coaching or mentoring. If pursuing multiple fellowships simultaneously, this must be disclosed in your application.

Application Timeline

The selection process unfolds across three distinct phases:
  1. Phase One (June 1-30, 2025): Initial application submission and eligibility review
  2. Phase Two (July 7 – August 11, 2025): Comprehensive questionnaire covering personal background and enterprise details.
  3. Phase Three (September 8 – October 24, 2025): Virtual interviews conducted by the selection committee.
