Facebook announced that the platform has clocked 2 billion active users who connect daily. Mark Zuckerberg posted on Tuesday, 27th June, that “the Facebook community is now officially 2 billion people!” He promised to keep updating the platform with amazing features that will not only be a means of connecting people, but to also help the users find a common ground and a voice. See Mark’s initial Facebook post on crossing this milestone: Mark Zuckerberg has however embarked on a tour in the US community this year to understand what the people want out of the Facebook community. This tour is supposed to aid in the development of the community to serve the people better.
