  1. Concerts

On the 17th of December 2021, fans of Laycon, will get a treat at his Icon Fest at Eko Convention Center in Lagos. While WizKid will be Live in Concert at Harrow Park in Abuja. On the 19th December 2021 still at Harrow Park in Abuja, Davido will also be Live in concert. On the 24th of December 2021, Omah Lay will be Live in Port Harcourt at the Polo Club in GRA. On the 25th–26th of December is the annual Lekki Sun Splash concert, where both renowned and upcoming Nigerian musicians perform on Maiyegun beach in Lekki to a host of spectators. There are also fierce dance competitions held there too. On the 26th of December 2021 from 5 pm till dawn is Bloom Night Beach Party at Tarkwa Bay Beach. On the 27th of December, 2021 is Activity Music Festival at Ultima Studio, Lekki Phase 1. It will feature DJs such as DJ Lightning, Smallz and DaIllusion amongst other musicians. On the 28th of December 2021, Simi and the Banjos will host other artists at the Can You Simi Now! Live Concert in Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos.  It will involve a 90s dress code and lifestyle in a picnic-style setting.

  1. Food And Fashion Festivals

Welcome to the Aux – This is music with food and drinks party comes up on the 28th December 2021 at Were House, Lekki Phase 1. There will also be DJ Set, Karaoke, photo booths, pop-up stores, Rave party, and Open Art studio along with Live Music. Lagos Fashion Fair – This runway show with stage drams, food and drinks, and award presentation come up on December 31st, 2021 at Rita Lori Event centre, Surulere, Lagos State. There will be exclusive music performances and party after party at this gated event. Lagos Margarita Festival – This funfair comes up on the 28th December 2021 at the Landmark Beach, Lagos. It’s all about the mixologists, the DJs, music, and others are side attractions.
  1. Conferences & Trade Fairs

From 14th to 9th December 2021, Retail Sourcing Fair West Africa will take place in Lagos state. This trade-only event is for new brands, industry favourites, and products you won’t find anywhere else. On December 19th, 2021, Flutterwave x Pages by Dami Trade Fair will host 80 vendors for free at Landmark Events Center (Hall1). Shoppers are welcome to take part in a range of lifestyle, fashion and food products on display that day. Most of the above events require ticket purchase, so do well to inquire about the entrance fee before going there. Other events to look out for are Art Exhibitions, carnivals, stage plays, Cultural festivals, and Movie Screenings. Watch this space for more events to attend this December.
