Alex Onyia, who founded EduCare and is currently its CEO, says he’s worked to improve educational outcomes for Nigerian students for years. He has often disclosed his involvement with helping young people secure scholarships to prestigious international universities. He recently announced that the EduCare Exam platform will be free to use for Nigerian students preparing for the JAMB UTME for the time being. “We created this platform and made it free for every youngster in Nigeria writing JAMB and WAEC”, Mr. Onyia explained on X.. “We may withdraw the privilege after the exams.” He also promised that any child who uses the resource “judiciously” this year would pass the examinations “in flying colours.” He noted that students who practised with it in the previous year had done well in their exams.
