It is constantly looking to train young Nigerians in the skills that make its workforce outstanding professionals. The Graduate Trainee Program, it will nurture talent that could go on to work in various positions within and beyond the FMCG industry.

Intending applicants must meet these conditions:
  • Must have graduated with a First Class degree
  • Should have three years of work experience or less
  • Not more than 30 years old at the time they apply
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; Food Technology; Biochemistry, Chemistry, Economics and Statistics
  • Must upload their NYSC Discharge Certificate when applying for the program online
