The initiative empowers mission-driven companies to scale through business strategy development, leadership training, and exclusive access to the new $2M Catalytic Fund.

Since its 2019 launch, Cascador has supported six cohorts of African entrepreneurs by combining education, self-discovery, mentoring, pitch training, and personalised advisory services.

Key Benefit: $2M Catalytic Fund

Starting May 2025, Cascador will distribute $2 million USD annually to help alumni scale their businesses. Through a partnership with Sterling Bank, the fund offers customised financial solutions, including debt, equity, guarantees, and collateral investments tailored to each business’s needs.
