With innovations such as standalone beauty boutiques, and franchising added to the aspirational yet affordable quality of Sleek products, the company has enjoyed phenomenal success in Nigeria. Dr Ebele Ugochukwu and Barrister Ify Ugochukwu are the sister team behind Sleek Studio Nigeria; they identified the value of using the entertainment industry as a tool for brand building. Symphony of style 2008 was a high profile fashion concert that wowed and delighted the Nigerian public and put the name Sleek on everyone’s lips. The sisters cemented Sleek as the premier beauty brand in Nigeria with its highly publicized and well produced “Face of Sleek” competition/model search; whose winners in 2009 and 2011 were relatively unknown before the competition but have become recognizable faces in the world of fashion and media in Nigeria. In recent times the company has upped her game by moving its head quarters to its own mall Sleek Studio Square where the flagship store is located. The Company has evolved over the years and has included several business and product lines. These include S.Studio Skin Care  and S.Studio Colour, Sleek Bar and Grill, Sleek Resource Center.
