Women in Africa (WIA) and Deloitte are calling on women who lead in organizations across Africa to apply for their mentorship program. If you are a young female entrepreneur seeking to be mentored by experienced women in leadership, you should consider applying.

The WIA × Deloitte Mentoring Program for Women Leaders in Africa is now in its fourth year. Since 2019, it has built the capacities of a large number of women in leadership, and equipped them with knowledge and insights that they need to excel at their professional engagements.

In 2021, a total of 30 women were enrolled in the program, which was led by AfefBedhiafi, Director of Deloitte Tunisia, and AnissaLaferrere, Senior Manager at Deloitte in Francophone Africa.

This year, it will run for seven months, and will support mentees in multiple ways throughout its duration.

Benefits

Women who the program’s organizers select to take part in it will benefit from it in the following ways:

Learn important skills for work through virtual training sessions

Get mentored by experienced female leaders to enable them achieve their professional goals

•Access networking sessions that will enable them to build valuable continent-wide connections

Eligibility

This program is open to female entrepreneurs in Africa who are looking to strengthen their leadership skills and work with thriving, successful teams.
