  The Shell Accessed Internship program is a unique platform to understand the operations of Shell from within and immerse oneself in the energy industry. Selected interns will be part of the day-to-day execution of projects at Shell that are selected to match their abilities and interests.

Interns will join teams and work on projects with Shell employees who are high-profile professionals. The perspectives of the professionals will help interns to understand the energy business, its demands, and its rewards. During the Shell Accessed Internship Program, each intern will be directly assigned a supervisor and mentor to help them get the most out of the experience. As part of the program, interns will undergo a formal midterm review with their supervisors and mentors.

At the end of the internship, interns will be asked to make a presentation about their project, and discussions will be held regarding the performance and delivery of projects by their supervisor and mentor.

To be eligible for the program

  • The applicant must be a graduate.
  • Candidates will be evaluated based on their capacity for analysis.
  • The applicants must have strong decision-making prowess and create workable solutions.
