The Interswitch Trainee Program is a nine-month program that’s designed to enable emerging tech professionals the chance to develop the skills they will need to advance in their careers. Persons who are selected for this program will gain valuable experience working in a top Africa-focused digital payments company.

Eligibility

Persons who wish to apply for this opportunity are expected to meet these criteria:

  • Be proficient in at least one of these: HTML, Python, Java, C#, C++, product design, UI/UX design, DevOps.
  • Have between one and three years of relevant experience and certification.
  • At least a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree from a reputable university.
