  The Ekiti State Government has launched the Ekiti State MSME ICT Training Hub with the major aim of equipping young people with “globally relevant tech skills, fostering digital transformation, and job creation in the state.”

The Ekiti State MSME ICT Training is an initiative borne out of a collaboration between the Ekiti State Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment, and Cooperative and Wakocode Technologies, and it is geared towards empowering youths in the state with “in-demand ICT skills that are critical for success in today’s global digital economy.”

Some of the benefits of the program include:

  • Participants will gain tech skills that are in high demand.
  • You will get access to local and international job opportunities.
  • You will be opportune to work remotely while contributing to the global digital economy.

The courses available in the program include:

  • Fullstack Development
  • Backend Development
  • Cybersecurity
  • Data Analytics and
  • Cloud Computing.

To be eligible for the program:

  • It is open to unemployed youths between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
  • The program is open to everyone in the age category regardless of their academic background.
  • The applicant must be willing to learn and work remotely from Ekiti State.
