  Deloitte, a global leader in financial advisory and consulting services, has announced that it is receiving applications from Nigerian graduates for its Graduate Academy Program in Cybersecurity.

This talent development program is designed to equip its participants with the knowledge and skills they need to explore and exploit opportunities opening up in contemporary Cybersecurity and the broader Information Technology space.    Candidates selected for the Deloitte Graduate Academy will take on tasks including researching complex issues and coming up with innovative ways to solve challenges in IT security. They will work to identify, rank, and tackle risks in line with Deloitte’s documented standards.


Persons who are deemed to have qualified for the cybersecurity program will enjoy the following benefits:
  • Work on Cybersecurity projects with Deloitte’s expert Cybersecurity professionals 
  • Gain the technical skills they need to become employable in IT and Cybersecurity
  • Stand a chance of getting recruited by Deloitte if they meet the company’s criteria
  • Enjoy stipends that cover basic expenses throughout the program (12 months)

Persons interested in applying for this program are expected to meet the following criteria:
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree (at least a Second Class Upper or Upper Credit) in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related disciplines
  • A minimum of five credits in WASSCE or NECO, including in Mathematics and English, obtained in a single sitting
  • Good knowledge of Information Technology and its various aspects
  • Ability to use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • A fair knowledge of the IT industry and regulatory standards, frameworks, and practices
