Persons selected to join Deloitte’s Executive Assistant Program will get the chance to develop their talents and capabilities in ways relevant to their employability and ability to succeed in corporate environments. They will do so while working with world-class professionals at the company.

Persons who want to apply for this program should meet the following conditions:
  • Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with a minimum of a Second Class Lower or Lower Credit in Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Have at least five credits in the WASSCE Ordinary Level or NECO examination, including in English and Mathematics, all obtained in a single sitting
  • Have at least five years of experience in office management and administration
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills
