To be eligible for the program:
- It is open to early-stage civic innovators with tech-enabled ideas that can solve societal problems.
- The applicant must be based in Nigeria.
- The applicant’s idea must be focused on civic participation and engagement, transparency and accountability, institutional efficiency, justice reforms, and climate resilience and environmental issues.

Some of the benefits of the program include:
- The program will incubate 12 new innovative and creative civic-tech solutions.
- Selected applicants will be placed on a monthly stipend of N150,000 and given access to a workspace throughout the fellowship.
