Benefits

Persons selected to be fellows under this program will embark on a fully sponsored period of study and reflection at Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government. This will last for 6 months and will also involve them engaging with scholars and students at one of the world’s most respected institutions. The program’s organisers intend for fellows to gain a new appreciation for the weight, complexity and urgency of Africa’s policy-making challenges, and learn or conceive of ways to tackle them successfully. It is hoped that these exceptional public sector workers will return from the program better equipped to propel greater positive change in their countries’ governance systems.
