Enhancing the role of civil societies in policy development and implementation with a major focus on three priority themes: Health Justice, Freedom of Expression, and Climate Justice, forms the core of the program’s objective.

To be eligible for the Commonwealth Foundation Grant
- The applicants must be non-profit civil society organizations with at least three years of relevant experience in governance and advocacy.
- The civil society organization must be registered in a Commonwealth nation.
- The applicant must be able to address one or more of the Commonwealth Foundation’s priority themes.
- No IELTS is required.
- The applicant should propose projects expected to commence between August 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025.
