The Stanbic IBTC Digital Graduate Trainee Program is a unique opportunity for young people who are hardworking, resourceful and have a strong passion for building a fast-tracked career.

To be considered eligible for the program:

  • The applicant must have graduated with a minimum of a second-class upper or its equivalent in an information technology-related course or another discipline from a reputable university.
  • The applicant must have obtained a minimum of 5 O’level credits, including English and Mathematics, in GCE, NECO, or its equivalent.
  • The applicant should not be over 26 years old during the period of application.
  • The applicant must have completed the mandatory NYSC scheme and have obtained their discharge certificate.
  • The applicant’s date of birth, gender, and class of degree must be clearly stated.
  • You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Intermediate to expert competence in the use of MS Office Suite
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, and SQL
