The Lagos State Government has announced that applications are open for Lagos state indigenes to enrol in its Specialized ICT Training. This program is targeted at the unemployed youth, with about 200 persons expected to benefit from it. The initiative is being executed through the state’s Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment.

For 4 months, enrollees will learn skills in Data Science and Full Stack Web Development. They will earn internationally recognized certifications in these areas. By the end of the Specialized ICT Training, they should be able to compete globally, get hired, and become financially independent.

Eligibility
Applicants should meet these criteria:
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, OND, or HND
- Have access to a working laptop
