When we
announced a special edition of our
picture of the week contest last month, we resolved to reward members – new or existing – of Connect Nigeria community, if they will upload pictures – descriptive of patriotism to our great nation, Nigeria. The contest was introduced in our independence month – October – then votes and views for pictures straggled through that month.
We have a winner – Anthony Okoye – who for his picture,
Let’s Keep The Flag Flying Higher, emerged with most votes, 9144 votes. The picture also had 19472 views. We will present him with his prize; he will be required to come to the office to collect it, with proof of National Identification. His prize giving picture will be on our website and will be asked of his plans and reaction to his prize. Congratulations!!!
