The Katsina Talent Connect Fellowship is a paid program that provides real-world experience, mentorship, and a competitive monthly stipend of N100,000.
It is a program aimed at developing the skills of participants and building their professional network, as they will be opportune to engage in challenging projects, collaborate with experts, and contribute to the growth and development of Katsina State.

To be considered eligible for the program:
- The applicant must be a resident of Katsina State.
- The applicant must have graduated in 2022 or later with at least a bachelor’s degree or higher national diploma (HND).
- The applicant must have graduated with a minimum of 2.2 (second class lower) for a bachelor’s degree or upper credit (3.00) for HND holders.
- The applicant must be 27 years or younger.
- The applicant must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or obtained an exemption certificate.
