According to IHS, the IHS Skills Acquisition Program will last for 18 months. It will expose talents in the early stages of their career to real-world scenarios, and allow them to learn from experienced professionals. They will gain valuable experience, and understand what it takes to work in a global leader in the telecoms infrastructure industry.

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
- Graduated with a degree in at least the Second Class Upper-grade level
- A Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage
- Have between 0 and 3 years of work experience
- Must complete the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program before April 2025
