She is known for ensuring top-notch organisational culture through the constant presence of high-performing motivated staff, talent management & personal development.

As a Human Resources and Recruitment Consultant and through her company ‘work in Nigeria’, she has sought to provide recruitment and employability interventions for organisations, SMEs and individuals (in other words, she helps businesses to identify and recruit top talent as well as support individuals to become astute, highly sought-after professionals in the market place).

Secondly, She provides Human Resources Consulting to organizations and SMEs (in other words, review, and development of HR policies and processes, employee management and performance as well as training and development either as a bespoke service or as an outsourced service). Both aspects of the services serve in symbiotic benefits to both the employees and the employers, given that the best possible outcomes are achieved for both sides: the employer getting the best possible hands while the employees get the best possible opportunities for themselves and their career paths.

This also means that, in the course of her work with Work in Nigeria, Ivie has been instrumental in the recruitment of talents from junior to senior management level positions, as well as contributing her quota to national development by preparing Nigeria’s talents for the labour market through career advisory initiatives such as CV writing, interview coaching and mentorship. Her ultimate passion is evident in the way she relentlessly shows up and makes efforts to make job seekers more employable by providing them with the tools and resources that will increase each candidate’s market value and improve their existing skillset.

As an out and out Human Resource and Business Development Consultant, Ivie also mentors and trains HR Professionals by providing a complete overview of HR roles and responsibilities through high-quality learning as well as supporting career professionals through private and group career advisory/coaching programs.

In addition to the above, She serves as the Lead Consultant at Elite Hunters, responsible for strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent for corporate organisations and SMEs in diverse industries across Nigeria.

In the course of her HR career, she has successfully managed the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs and has helped various organizations boost overall performance through effective HR, strategy building, fair and coherent compensation & benefits, and employee engagement. This further amplifies her claims as being so passionate about people development and humanitarian endeavours, for which she spends her spare time and energy volunteering with various initiatives.
