  To celebrate the Ooni’s birthday, Utiva has launched “The Ooni Tech Scholarship” designed to get Africans into tech. This scholarship gives you a full tuition fee to take any of Utiva’s programs of your choice.

The 51st and current Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, is inviting interested young Nigerians to apply for the 2021 Ooni Tech Scholarship which would be hosted on Utiva. Utiva is a Technology Workforce Development company that helps people learn premium technology skills virtually and partners with companies to hire the best talents and invest in workforce development. We offer learning programs that are designed by industry knowledge experts and co-created with leading companies.

The Aim Of The Program

The aim of the Ooni 2021 Utiva Tech Scholarship program is to empower young Africans with the needed skills. There is a lot to consider when acquiring premium tech skills and we understand that finances might be a constraint for some Africans. The Utiva team has decided to train 100 Africans in honour of our father. We believe we make a great impact in young people’s lives, who will have access to a fully-funded scholarship to take any of our learning programs.

  • Fill the Application form
  • Fulfil the condition: Attend the 2-day immersive masterclass.
  • Assessment process: Ensure to take the test/quiz during the session

Eligibility

In order to be eligible to apply for the scholarship, applicants must:
  • Be interested in Tech
  • Want to learn a tech skill
  • Be Nigerian.
