Swifno users get their parcels such as shipping containers, parcels, personal items, or high-value mail. Swifno partners with several courier services to deliver facilitate seamless delivery for users.

Same-Day Package Delivery Of Local Parcels

Swifno also provides same-day delivery of local parcels such as documents and a range of small and medium packages. Swifno makes same-day delivery service possible by leveraging fast transportation via road, rail, and air transport. Packages delivered in the morning can be delivered anywhere within the major states and cities.

While Swifno plays its part in ensuring fast delivery, it encourages users to follow certain guidelines.
  1. Before submitting your request, make sure you have the package ready (depending on the distance).
  2. Make the request early enough, preferably first thing in the morning if the delivery location is far away from the pick-up site (e.g. different state).
  3. Make sure the pick-up and drop-off locations are accurately provided when making a courier delivery request. This ensures that the courier service provider does not waste time looking for these locations.
  4. It is critical to communicate. Try to keep in touch with the courier service provider while your products are in transit. The Swifno app has a great tracking feature that allows the courier to keep the consumer up to date at all times.
  5. When requesting receipts of products from someone else, it’s important to inform the individual (sender) right before making the request.
  6. Proper item description is critical for online requests. This will allow the courier to send the correct pricing. To meet this demand, the Swifno app has a ‘photo upload’ feature. The courier service provider can see the image and get a more detailed description of the goods being picked up.
