But there are brands in this space that stand out from among the others. RevolutionPlus Properties is certainly in this category. Its model—including flexible payments for working-class clients – has earned it a loyal following from a public that’s typically served expensive offerings by the country’s real estate companies. RevolutionPlus was founded by Bamidele Onalaja, a serial entrepreneur who has had prior experience in the real estate sector. Back in 2004, he was Marketing Manager at a real estate firm, which he later left for a Mortgage Bank. Following his stint in banking, he set up RevolutionPlus. Today, the company is just one of several he’s established. RevolutionPlus has its projects across various segments of the real estate value chain. They are property developers, building property for sale and rent. They also sell land and houses and provide real estate advisory services. The company currently holds a large number of land and properties, predominantly situated in Lagos. Estates under development include the Royalty Park and Garden, Lekki Crystal Garden, and Champions Court, all in the Ibeju Lekki area. There’s also Royalty Garden in Abuja, Caleb’s Court, PaceSetter Estate, and Victoria Court and Garden, all in Ibadan.

There’s an international office in the United States which caters to the needs of the Nigerian diaspora who want to invest in real estate back home. There’s a registration process for persons who would like to become its agents. They can fill and submit a form that’s downloadable from the RevolutionPlus website. Bamidele Onalaja, founder and CEO of RevolutionPlus, has won several awards for the work he’s done with the brand. They include Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year, Real Estate Personality of the Year, and Outstanding Leader of the Year. Featured Image Source: RevolutionPlus Property – Facebook
