With each passing day, the weather only gets hotter and hotter, making it a lot more difficult to chill. As annoying as this might seem, there are a few simple ideas you might need to inculcate in your day to day activities in order to flee from the torment of this hot weather.

1. Sunglasses

In addition to the cool and stylish look it bestows, sunglasses help to protect your eyes from the UV rays which could damage your sight, especially when you have to go out in the climax of the heat.

2. Handkerchiefs

This is an essential item if you must go out in this hot weather, especially if you are a lady. Fancy getting dressed and spending hours trying to look good only to go out and find patches of sweat on your face. A total buzzkill! So, ensure that you have a handkerchief in place; it helps to keep the effect of the sun on your face in check.

3. Slippers/Sandals

Nothing says comfort more than freeing your feet from the grip of cover shoes. If you try as much as possible to save the rest of your body from the effects of the hot weather, then your feet should not be left behind. For one, they do not cram your feet in tight conditions for a long while, blocking air and giving your feet a foul odour at the end of the day. Your feet need to breathe.

4. Face caps

Face caps are always in fashion. Wear them in the sun to prevent the effects of the direct sunlight on your face and to prevent excessive sweating.

5. Water

This is perhaps the most needful out of all these items. Due to the effects of the weather on our bodies, we get dehydrated more often than normal. Whenever you have to go out during the sunny hours, make sure you have a bottle of water. It is healthier to quench your thirst with water than with carbonated drinks.
