Nigerian Articulate Culture Kullection (NACK), celebrated her 12 years in business with an exciting runway show and shopping party on Sunday, 16th of September at the prestigious seaside of the Foreshore Harbour, Ikoyi, Lagos. Celebrated for its unmatched ingenuity and creative milestones, the NACK brand showcased its latest addition of breathtaking wears – ‘Interlude’ —unveiled on the 26th of July 2018. The founder and creative head of Nack, Tolulope Akinpeloye, describes the collection inspired by utilitarianism as ‘FEARLESS’. Each piece, carefully and stylishly crafted — an ensemble of well-balanced choices, prints, and colors that incorporate:
Pleated and embellished jerseys, edgy military straps and digital art of our native culture manufactured on the most intricate fabrics with an exceptional finish.” — Akinpeloye
Hosting Nigeria’s acclaimed fashionistas, the star-studded event kicked off at the indoor room of Foreshore Harbour, with NACK’s prime collections on display for the shopping party. Shortly after, ‘nackers’ moved to the harbour for the magic of the big culmination —the runway show. The spectacular scenery of boats gliding over the sea gave the show an added edge, with each piece on the runway chic and reminiscent of Nigeria’s cultural heritage and our great people.
