A University of Jos, Nigeria trained Lawyer, she has pioneered and partnered countless youth / professional initiatives and is quite an intriguing and sought after speaker, trainer, panellist and facilitator.

Partnering myriad frontline Corporate Organizations and Multi-Nationals, she is the Convener of what has now undoubtedly become the grand daddy of youth gatherings in Nigeria with about 50 000participants in 12 Nigerian States; RISE National Youth Forum, an annual Youth event organized by RISE amongst others.

Recently celebrated by Michelle Obama in South Africa June 2011 for her dedication to empowering the youth, she has been actively involved in Local, National and Regional projects and processes on the need to provide a platform for youth inclusion in policy formulation and project implementation. She is a role model to many youths in Nigeria with her ability to initiate and implement youth-led, youth-focused projects aimed at advancing the potential of young people in Nigeria. Toyosi, the phenomenal CEO of Nigeria’s first and most prominent youth interest organization, RISE, is a consummate young professional and outstanding Manager. RISE itself has become a fast growing driving force and skill providing concern for teeming young people in Nigeria.

With a huge expanse of knowledge and experience in Human Resource, Media, Marketing, Enterprise Risk and Project Management, Toyosi’s talents as a Public Speaker, Youth Advocate and Entrepreneur have proved invaluable to every organization, project or cause with which she has been involved.

She has initiated and managed working relationships with some of the world’s leading brands that include MTN, UBA, NESTLE, JOHN HOLT, ZAIN, GLAXO SMITHLINE and CADBURY amongst others.

In 2007, Toyosi was selected as part of 101 young African Leaders to be delegates to the African Business Leaders’ Forum. A multiple award winner, she bagged the award for “The Best Use of Youth Advocacy Category at the 2008 edition of Nigeria’s Boldest & Brightest Youth Achievement Awards: the Future Awards. She also took home the plaque for the coveted Nigerian Youth Leadership Awards jointly put together by Leap Africa, International Youth Foundation & Nokia to recognize the efforts of outstanding young Leaders. She won the Dynamix All Youth Awards for “Young Motivational Speaker of the Year 2009″.
