Born in Moscow, Russia, Diana Lolade Bada simply known as Diana Bada is a simple, passionate and down to earth Nigerian. She is a recording and performing artiste and her work includes elements from Hip Hop, Jazz and Reggae… A fusion she likes to call “Afro-Soul”. Diana Bada attended A.D.R.A.O. Secondary School and graduated from the University of Hertfordshire, Budapest with a degree in Business Administration. Composing her first song at the age of Ten, and having the opportunity to travel to countries like Ghana, Togo, France, Austria, Hungary, Germany and the United Kingdom, did not only provide her with a lot of experience, but also helped her appreciate the cultures and way of life of other countries. In her words, “The people, history, culture and music always inspire me”. Diana Bada was also part of the 2008 MTVBase/Zain Advance Warning that had artistes like M.I, Kel, Terry G, Durella, Nikki Laoye, Frank D’Nero, Waje and Terry Tha Rapman among others. She was also part of the “Gimme Shot Crew” touring in Europe and she was also lead vocalist for the “Tripanation” Band. Diana’s passion for music and determination to share her experiences to positively encourage and inspire people, has kept her going in an environment where her music was hardly appreciated. Fortunately, her perseverance and determination is paying off as recognition and appreciation for her music is growing. For Diana, “The Joy of appreciating creativity is sublime”. Diana launched her debut album titled “Wardrobe Sessions” on the 17th of December, 2011 at Kerra Kulture. “Fun Day”, produced by DJ Mango from Budapest, encourages people to take the time to appreciate the good things life has to offer instead of focusing on situations beyond our control… Find time to have a Fun Day!
